Working 24/7, Not enough employees to complete the job in a reasonable time. The company constantly pitted employees against one another or let people go because leadership wanted to hire friends. There wasn't consistency or direction, expectations were everywhere and the left hand didn't know what the right hand wanted. Leadership is very toxic and there were a lot of comments about how they could do the job better if they weren't so busy, lack of communication, direction and would always make promises but wouldn't follow through. There isn't any growth opportunities to move up due to the company being newer. You can learn other area's but that doesn't come with increased pay, only more responsibility and expectations.

Cons: Growing pains - the company is growing rapidly and making adjustments as needed - they're doing a great job but the adjustments are frequent and you must be adaptable.
