To foray into data security it's a good start

They have 2 consoles and there is no correlation. For customer it's as good as two products. Exchange online is a big problem area. They acquire companies but again re engineer everything. Implementation and pre requisite readiness is nightmare. DAM is not even 1% of what imperva offers but they are promising customers a lot of things in roadmap and picking up deals. More of marketing and less of actual innovation. Support issues keep pending for long. The MDDR service is a scam as they use AI to close all alerts and many times genuine incidents have been closed by AI leading to breaches. Identity security offering is a tick mark and is no where close to what competition offers.
