Pros
Don't think there are any pros. Have worked with several companies(including startups) but never seen such a bad organization. Office space is the only thing worth appreciating about the company.
Cons
Immature mgmt. No clarity over the company's vision, direction and market. The founder get quite offended when someone provides constructive feedback. Kills good ideas. Highly unprofessional and childish behaviour. Overall a career spoiler. Not recommended if you are serious about your career. It'll just leave a black spot on your resume. Hanging in a loose chord. Can shut anytime
