Rest of everything will be painful

Joined 1st of June 2020 and from first day started working and assigning work items without any knowledge transfer on the ongoing project. During interview was told need to work an hour extra which was fine considering many companies do that but realized one needs to work daily 14-16 hours and too much of micromanagement. Some people who dont have any technical knowledge will be behind you once 2-3 hours asking the status right from the day 1. You could expect random calls during late nights even at initial state of the projects which is very much undesirable and loose intrest in work and company sooner. I was shocked to know even weekends are work days and after interaction with few colleagues came to know one needs to work on festival days as well. This is absurd and not sure how labour laws are not monitored at all. I had to resign in less than 10 days looking at all these red flags. Try to interact with existing employees before you join and definitely not a place to work for under any circumstances. You will loose family life, whole work life balance will be destroyed. God only knows if they pay properly to employees. Please avoid this company as a sincere advice.
