We hope that where we were 6 months ago in this transition versus where were are now are two different places. We have done a few things to improve the communication and ensure we understand how our team is feeling: 1) you always have an open door to discuss your concerns with HR or any of the Executive team members. 2) We have developed an internal Intranet to open the lines of communication and to keep the team aware of any changes, processes, and to connect you with appropriate point of contacts and much more. You have the opportunity to blog your perspective on several company issues, initiatives, etc. on this site. 3) We have conducted several employee engagement surveys over the last year in an effort to collect feedback and make changes where appropriate. 4) We have moved to a Career Conversation from the standard Annual Review process which most companies use. This gives you a voice for ownership and development of your career.
We realize we are growing at a fast pace both through organic growth and acquisitions. This won't be the right place to work for everyone. We however feel good that we are headed in the right direction and the recognition of Best Places to Work year after year, from the TBBJ supports this.
