      Pros

      Vector Solutions has an open door policy and everyone is very personable. There is constant growth here and opportunities. Additionally on the Finance Team-The CFO and VP are amazing individuals to work for. They always have your back.

      Cons

      Sometimes when a company goes through a lot of growth there's a need to adapt and some areas of the company might lag. The Execs are aware and invest where needed, but we do go through short phases of increased workload.
