Good morning. In an effort to understand you better, would you be able to clarify your comments? We strive to be as engaged as possible with our staff both current and former. Regarding our inventory, we do have our own manufacturing facility where we assemble our products. I also wanted to touch on your comments regarding our current benefits so there is no confusion. We do provide many benefits for our employees. Health Insurance (where employer covers 70% of the premium), Paid time off, Sick time off, Paid company holidays and bonuses. Along with those benefits we also have company lunches and dinners which assists in our team building efforts. I am sorry you feel this way and would be happy to discuss your review further. Good morning, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Here at Vectornate USA, we have strive to make sure each employee feels wanted and provide them with the opportunity to bring their unique abilities to the team and provide them with the best tools to be successful in their given roles. As per our company handbook, we do specify what the employee benefits are and when they are made available to everyone. To reiterate, we have a 90 day probationary period where we use this time to conduct month to month reviews. At the completion of this probationary period, each successful candidate becomes eligible to participate in our company benefits. We encourage all employees to leave reviews since this helps us improve in certain areas but we always ask that each employee leave an unbiased review.
