1.Full of work stress 2.No proper recognition 3.They will take advantage using corona for salary discussion. 4. No trust. they used to cross verify your works even though if you perform well. 5.Offshore management is not aware of the proper US IT Recruitment process. So, they will treat you like slave. 6. They may pay you good salary if you call them as Sir.
