lack of leadership and accountability. As an employee I didn't feel valued and I felt unsecured in my position the whole time. Their capabilities are very much behind comparing to what they share with the world.

Outsiders trying to solve construction industry without a good understanding of industry and lack of willingness to learn from industry experts. Most of leadership/decision-makers sit in the Israel office and believe US/CA building code can easily be bypassed, having little respect for intricacy or advice from those with decades of local industry experience. Teams work in silo with very poor transparency from managers. Promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. People who speaks up about questionable practices, whether with regards to health and safety or QA/QC of products, are made redundant with no explanation to why.
