Pros

* Humble, approachable, and supportive team members. * Good work environment (largely depends on the team). * Better work culture than many companies in a similar pay range. * Ideas, suggestions, and initiative are encouraged. * Compensation is the biggest downside and may affect long-term motivation.

Cons

* Technology stack is outdated compared to current industry standards. * Engineering practices and system architecture have significant room for improvement. * Learning opportunities are limited for developers with more than 2 years of experience. * Paid parking is an additional expense for employees. * Work-life balance can be challenging, with frequent work beyond office hours and on weekends, especially during testing and release cycles. * Senior leadership, including the founders and higher management, appears to have limited alignment with modern technologies, industry-standard software architecture, and contemporary coding best practices, which affects technical decision-making. * The overall technical environment may not be ideal for experienced engineers looking to work with contemporary tools, design patterns, and engineering standards. .

Pros

Good exposure to niche products and a flexible working environment. The organization provides opportunities to learn new technologies and work on unique business solutions. Supportive team culture and decent work-life balance overall.

Cons

This organization is completely leadership-driven, and most decisions are controlled by senior management. Young professionals in their 20s and 30s may not get enough opportunities to grow their careers or gain industry exposure. When you join, your ideas and suggestions are appreciated a lot. But after a few months, your value and contributions may not get the same importance. The company depends heavily on ideas from new hires, but there is not much clarity about long-term goals and expectations. Because of the lack of proper direction and clear planning, employees can sometimes feel confused about their future growth in the organization.
