- great and friendly people - high level of engineers - all processes are well documented - the code is covered by 98% of tests, which gives confidence in development - use of advanced approaches and tools - startup spirit, where you will always be heard, so your ideas can easily be applied
Cons
- startup spirit, where sometimes there could be more work than usual - since the project is mature, there was some legacy code
