      It’s becoming increasingly concerning to see that while significant budgets are allocated for new hires, existing employees are facing salary stagnation, layoffs, and in some cases, disrespectful treatment. This disparity in how current team members are valued—despite their continued contributions—raises questions about the company’s priorities and long-term employee morale.

      1. Completely remote setup 2. Good salary

      1. Work culture has turned toxic since an year. 2. Unstable and pre mature product 3. Management is least bothered in stabilising/maturing the product, but busy is showcasing false metrics to leadership 4. Hardworking folks are exploited without recognition 5. On successfully implementation Engineering Management steals the credit and in case of failure Team members are blamed. 6. Inefficient Engineering Management 7. Unorganised process 8.To many layoffs without reason, most of folks who knows the product are gone. 9. Completely new leadership which is fickle minded
