      There is always something new to learn and co-workers are like a second family. Great balance between work and personal life. Great benefits and incentives for employees to want to stay.

      Wasn't able to advance within as quickly as I would have liked, due to no open opportunity.

      Was a great company to work for for over 18 years.

      Cons

      Filed Bankruptcy and the workers got the shaft. The owner walked away with 100's of millions while the company went under.
