The best company to work for, if only it was.
Pros
This company looks good in every aspect. Their social media page would make you jump out of your socks and would start applying for it. Salaries are higher than market. Actually too high than it should be.
Cons
Once you join this company you'd find out that this company is not what you took it for. Immature upper management, no interesting work, extreme favouritism and unprofessional rude HR. The Karachi HR exec is still as insolent and unprofessional as they used to be, no talent or manners and just chilling all day and yelling at people like a jahil. Lahore MD sends unsolicited messages to female staff on social media and makes indecent requests, which is absolutely shameless. Also eyes female staff which makes them uncomfortable. Typical example of a sethia company in which management does whatever it wants. Stay away from this company.
