    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Ventyx full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great peers, brilliant products that were built by legacy companies that have a loyal customer base and you will never work with better co-workers anywhere. Good vacation and 401k matching.

    Cons

What a depressing place to work in which you will be constantly asked to justify working on profitable products. Closed door policies, punishment for speaking on behalf of customer needs and market trends, swearing at subordinates, spies planted to out dissenters, and a general disrespect for the entire staff. Oh and it's a horrid location for traffic, with little understanding from management.
