      Not sure what are pros at this point.

      Cons

      Lately, the company has been in a very strange state. The focus changes constantly, experienced employees are leaving in large numbers, and management seems unconcerned about retention and compensation. The list of issues continues to grow.

      It's just sad to see the recent shift in company culture. Many people are getting promoted without making significant effort. Vercel used to be a company that prioritized culture and its people, but that focus is slowly fading away.
