Huge Engineering team hired in a short period of time despite a plan being developed in the background to make them redundant. Plans poorly communicated and senior management ignorant and rude. Hired on the grounds of a competitive flexibility and benefits package, then when hiring complete benefits slowly withdrawn.

Drastic changes to business without considering individuals and respecting the people that built the company. Very much a hire then fire feeling. No consideration for people that have been here and shown commitment to the company Expecting people to dedicate all of their time and energy. With little in return.
