      Toxic Work Environment!

      Pros

      Company owners are very nice and very good about sharing the wealth with the educational community. Providing grants to teachers and schools. Really good benefits. And 401K is top notch. Would have liked to work longer, but......

      Cons

      I really liked the company and thought all departments would be just as nice. Wrong! Very toxic environment. Managed by threats and bullying. Very unpleasant environment to work in. Other departments treat their employees much nicer. What a shame as the rest of the company seems to be pretty nice to work with and always treat you with respect.

      Contributing to science education, excellent employees, good 401K, nice people.

      Cons

      They have had a new CEO for a few years although that is not reflected here. Their sales have been declining for several years, but since their new CEO, they have dropped like a rock and turnover has been high. Look up article by Wilammette Week where the President says sales are down by 70%.

      Great pay and great benefits

      Cons

      Alot of negative politics. Alot of rumors, behind management. Some employees are targeted and then treated very poorly and unfair until they either quit or get fired. The owners love to pat themselves on the back every chance they get.
