Pros

The founding team had some of the best engineers to work with. The initial few months of this startup were very promising. Very good brainstorming sessions. But everything fell apart within a year just due to politics played by the founders.

Cons

Politics, more politics and even more politics. The founding team engineers were not valued inspite of putting in so much selfless effort. Each one of them left the company. The founders tried to stop them by offering more bonus and showing them the lure of Juniper acquisition. But each employee realized what these founders are and just quit. The founders lie, lie and lie tirelessly. A very unethical company to work in. My advise to all the job aspirants, don't spoil your career by joining this company. No vision, no expertise, no focus,

Pros

Your career will be ruined by joining here. Good Toilets. All other things in this Company (like Work Culture, Management) are filled with Filthy Politics. High Employee Turnaround. This week you will join the company and in another 6 months you will be giving Knowledge Transfer.

Cons

- No focus on Product Development. No vision. Just some Random Software Coding being done like college projects. - The CEO, CTO and most of the Senior Managament are like parasites. They dont want to do any product development and dont want to stand on their own legs. Like Parasites they are waiting for Juniper to Come and save them. Poor Souls, dont know what is hard work and what is Self Respect. - Unethical, Abusive , Arrogant and Unprofessional CEO. - In their past lives also this group got lucky because some other capable people did the work and this group did lot of Filthy Politics to take advantage of the work done by some other group. - Lot of Incapable 'Disciples' of the CEO , ready to super-impose their incapability on good engineers who join here and prevent them from doing constructive work. - Good Engineers please stay away from this place. This group is the worst ever group you can work with. They cant change themselves and the Management doesnt care for Employees' Careers. Lot of founding team members screwed their careers because of joining this group - CEO terrorizing junior engineers to write positive reviews on glassdoor - CEO encourages backstabbers by giving them more stock options to improve their Politicking and BackStabbing tendency - Lot of lies being spread about Product, Customers etc. In fact there is no product nor any product strategy even after almost 3 years of starting the company

Pros

Can get to know how a startup should not be run Lack of respect for employees who contributed a lot Good engineers can ruin their career by joining this 'Wonderful' group.

Cons

Horrible backstabbing and politics played by Management No product strategy for the company. Keep jumping around from one stuff to another Lack of focus and technical ability to execute proper Product Development No product even after 2.5 years of starting the company. Just some incomplete pieces of Software Lot of people with zero technical competency out there to pounce on every good engineer who joins the company and prevent them from doing constructive work.
