      Great benefits, sufficient pay, centeral location

      Cons

      Versacall has a very unprofessional environment. No leadership, no team work. I felt like I was back in high school with all the childish day to day gossip and actions. No one was willing to help with training. The rules of doing things were constantly changing. The boss had a big mouth and could never keep personal information to himself about other employees, took his bad days out on employees and expected unrealistic results.

      Pros

      The Actual Product ( 17 years ago ) was great! Should have grown to 40% -60% Market share by now. Would have been acquired or IPO LONG ago.

      Cons

      One word GEISE! Under proper professional Management this company would have been HUGE by now. He tries to micromanages things WAY above his head.

      VersaCall is the recognized leader in the Andon marketplace with a market share exceeding all other Andon System manufactures. The company is also recognized as the leader for it’s product innovations. VersaCall’s systems are the company standard for Harley Davidson, Steris, Medtronic as well as many other Fortune 500 companies. The company continues to make significant investments in product development. The “Former Anonymous Employee” who wrote this review was an Sr. Applications Engineer who was released for cause from the company in 2016. He had multiple written warnings before his release. He did not hold a management position. The company information present in this review are solely his opinions since he was not included in any company financial information. The company information presented is just not true. VersaCall is a privately held company. The company is not involved in any legal actions. His comment of Lawsuits are unfounded. This review appears to be written not to be informative but rather to be malicious.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and good team members.

      Cons

      Terrible management. No clear direction from on management on projects. Company hires a bunch of talented individuals to complete complex projects lasting 6 months to a year and a half and then lay them off. Be careful, they usually hire via a recruiter. Company filled with old timers with zero culture.

      We appreciate the input. We now have on-boarding document for all new employees that details the training that they will receive upon joining the company. This is part of the hiring plan for new positions. The company does not understand some of these comments presented in this review in that we never used recruiters for hiring. Nor have we never laid off programming individuals after a project has been completed. This would be harming the company’s future with the current availability of talented software resources.
