Yeah, The work culture is the worst and they just throw you under the bus for any tiny inconvenience that happens to them, They say you are given 2 paid leave for months, but that is not your right, so if you do not ask for a single leave for 3 months, and after that, if you ask for a leave for 3 straight days, They will do everything possible to make you feel that you are doing a crime by taking those leaves, One thing you will never be appreciated for is your work. It is in their base principals to make you feel that what you are doing is not important, of course, because it benefits them, One thing which helps you boost your productivity is a little bit of freedom so you can be clearheaded, But here they have rules against putting your head on the desk in their policy, I strongly recommend to stay away unless it is your last option After there are a lot of companies which will give you stable salary but won't have this toxic work culture.
