      - True rocketship, with a lot of growth and momentum in sales and product. - Experienced founders and leadership, with a track record of returning money to their employees via share option schemes - Tons of opportunities for career growth. - Better than average employee benefits: private healthcare, health cash plan for dental/ optical, gym membership,

      Cons

      - Things move very quickly, which may not be for everyone - I think this is typical of a lot of VC-backed businesses, but explains some of the negative reviews on here . - AI and wider market factors are compounding the rate of change. Personally I find this exciting, but as above, may not be for everyone.
