    - Friendly Environment - Supportive Staff - Always try to provide a learning environment so you will improve your skill or learn new skills - There are many events in the year with many competitions and Picnic - Rewards and Recognition on an annual day. - You will always be rewarded for your positive efforts - Good thing is that Employees treat as an asset, not as employees and your opinions will always welcome in the company and they tried to implement it if it's beneficial for the employer and employee both. - You can directly talk with Boss without hesitation they treat you like a friend

    - Good environment - Supportive staff - Seniors always helps to learn new things

    Cons

    - Senior management people are political. - Fire people while his/her increment time comes closer. - Some senior management persons are at the worst of them. - Team leads play politics which is suffered by innocent employees - No value of employee efforts - They will ask for original documents or cheque of 50k for sending the offer letter - Manipulative HR and Policies - I will not recommend this company anymore to anyone, After join you will feel like you are in hell.

    -celebrations -Other employees are good and friendly

    Cons

    -celebrations are extra after office timings -CEO is rude in behavior -HR's behaviour is bossy kind of - the bond policy is worst -timing flexibility is with conditions

    Pros

    >> Good in house competition, picnic outside the city. All event / festival celebration. >> Timely Salary. Generally happens between 7th-10th. Also, a very favorable salary structure is being followed by company >> Provides learning and working opportunities in projects driven on multiple technology. >> Best work-life balance. As company doesn't follow the work culture to stay for long work hours unless and until you are not done with your work according to your own incomplete working hours or your own less productivity. Reachable Line Managers, HR & Senior management. Though sometimes it takes time to understand the situation for them but believe me all queries and questions are answered by them. Rewards and recognition during annual function of company for Long Retention, Best performance and Loyalty. >> Worth mentioning: Company don't follow hire & fire policy. Once you are hired, company gives enough and fair chance to prove your talent. Company considers as their asset and not liability.

    Let we turn them on towards positives out of that also. Service Agreement: Senior Positions (5+ years) : First of all there is no service agreement for experienced and mature new joiners like having experience more than 5 years. It's one year service agreement for experience range of 2-5 years of new joiners. Again this is based on their CV. Mid-level positions(2-5 years) : If company sees, in 2-3 years of experience hasn't change so many jobs and if average job tenure is more than 1.5 years then even that 1 year service agreement is also not required. Freshers: Company invests hell lot of money & time of senior resource to train them. Training in Verve doesn't mean you learn by your own for 3 months and start working for company straight way. Here, company gives you learning material, couple of seniors who spend "at-least 5 hours per person per week" to train them by looking at live projects also so that they are industry ready. Then, company seeks to see that training is worth for company and then they ask for 2 years of service agreement. The Positive Side: In case of freshers, If the same resource is being retained equal to their agreement period or even beyond that, company gives that resource retention bonus of equivalent amount. So, this is the happier side of the coin. Not only freshers, but experienced personnel are also rewarded during annual function according their retention, performance and loyalty for organization. Salary deduction: Company strictly follows 5 days week culture and works average of 21-23 days in month. And, almost 80% of employee base has given office In time according to their choice of entry time. So, indirectly it follows flexi-time-policy. And, still if employee doesn't reach on time who is responsible for pay-cut then? Another point, people thinks that office In time of 10:30 means entry time of 10:30 and not the work-starting-time. This is where the problem is. People won't write their shortcoming here but surely reports the same for company. Salary deduction for "0.5 day / per month" (seen couple of reviews that portraying a picture that company deducts almost entire salary) only happens when someone is not appearing on time continuously for more than 10+ days regularly for almost 6 months in a row. And added to that, due to that person's act of irregularity, other team members who comes on time work with enthusiasm suffers a lot. So, for token of understanding and to encourage them to come on time company is indirectly forced to make such deduction. And even, if later on if it is found that it was genuine requirement to come late then same deduction is reversed. Hope this clears all points to eligible candidates who takes good decisions by seeing both sides of the coin.

    Pros

    I am a Lead designer working with Verve Systems since 2013. Its been a long, learning, exciting and rewarding journey so far. I was encouraged and supported by my colleagues at every difficult stage. I have really groomed as a professional here and I am able to see the difference between who I was and who I am today. If you want to start your career in IT or if you are a professional looking for a good IT company in Ahmedabad, Verve Systems is a good place.

    Every individual and company has some pros and cons, but it is all about what you want to carry with you along your journey. Is it the positive things or the negative things. If you look at the positive things, it will be difficult to find Cons. I don't have any cons right now.
