Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We are pleased to hear that you found the starting pay competitive and enjoyed the incentives and team building events. We acknowledge your concerns about management, communication, and organization. We are committed to growing and will review our internal processes to ensure effective leadership, clearer communication, and improved organizational structures. We regret any instances where additional work was added beyond what was initially communicated. We will work on ensuring that job responsibilities are transparent from the outset. Your advice about treating the workplace more like an actual business and aligning actions with our words is duly noted. We understand the significance of following through on commitments. The phrase "We are a family here" is intended to convey a sense of camaraderie, but we understand your perspective. It is our goal that it aligns with a professional and supportive work environment. If you have additional insights or suggestions, we encourage you to reach out to our HR department. We wish you the best.

Pros

Pay was decent, but not what was negotiated in offer letter. Not many Pros to list.

Cons

Hasbeen and Wife team, not a great family environment. It's more like a family feud, and they should fire the hasbeen! Hasbeen listens to everyone's calls and then has the nerve to text you in all caps, telling you how to respond. Not supposed to use your cellphone for company business. Hypocrite

James, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Feedback helps us reflect on our practices and work towards continual improvement. We are glad to hear that you felt the pay was decent. It was indeed what was negotiated, as you signed off on it and agreed to the terms. We take such concerns seriously as our aim is always to ensure fair compensation for our employees. We are sorry to hear about your perception of the working environment. Creating a positive and supportive workplace is important to us. We will assess the dynamics within the team to ensure a more inclusive and collaborative atmosphere going forward. Your comments regarding communication and cellphone usage have been noted. We strive to uphold clear and consistent communication standards. It is against company policy to use your cell phone to make business calls, as we are unable to ensure quality assurance. Regarding your advice on seeking first to understand, then to be understood, we appreciate the insight and acknowledge the importance of effective communication. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please feel free to reach out to our HR department. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
