Pros

There is a lot of cross-training among different job functions. There is opportunity to learn new functions and programs. Also, VetNetwork allows casual dress.

Cons

The company is owned by a micro-manager who manages projects by "crisis" and manages his employees by intimidation. There is a very high turnover rate among employees. All workers are treated as hourly, no matter what their job functions, education or experience.

Pros

can't think of any. nothing to chime about here. i really can not think of anything promising about these company.

Cons

too many to list. the guy should let some one else run his company. maybe he could keep employees. very abusive to say the least. owner claims to be a vet but in fact had his license revoked. call veterinary board of medicine and do a background check.

A great big lie

Pros

Not a bad premise for a company.

Cons

The owner makes promises and never keeps them. He lies and micromanages and is sexist. His "efforts" to make the company edgy and forward-thinking are transparent and thin. A sandwich, soda or slice of cake cannot make up for day-to-day mistreatment and disrespect. He manages through intimidation and threats. And he's deluded: Employee satisfaction is low, morale is awful, and turnover is enormous. Yet the owner truly seems to think that he's on the cutting-edge of creative work culture. Doesn't he know that creativity can't thrive like this????
