There is none. It used to be a decent company to work for. Not now.

Cons

No direction. Identity crisis for the past 5 years. What should we be? A digital printing company or a software company. Big difference. If you are going to be a software company. Hire a software team not a bunch of kids . Be ahead of the curve not behind it. Way to late . Sinking ship.

Great office space Working staff is awesome. Very fast paced and full of energy. Multiple offices allow for travel and collaboration.

Cons

Zero HR accountability for upper management. No formal or informal training. Constantly changing policy to suit ownership's mood. No leadership skills - Turnover is constant - Good talent is always leaving.

Weak benefits. Limited understanding between corporate office and satellite facilities. Core values not adhered to in daily practices and company goals shift without clear communication. Poor work-life balance. The company stopped feeling like a team somewhere along the way.
