      Pros

      Love the people I'm working with, they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Flexible working environment, generous benefits package, summer Fridays, soft close around the holidays, everyone has each other's back.

      personal growth may be limited

      -Flexible work schedule (I'm a working parent, so this matters to me) -Autonomy in how I work -Empathetic leadership team -Amazing colleagues - smart, fun, reliable -Regular business and all staff updates -Lunches together when we are in the office -Good values that we focus on each week, the Vicasso Way

      -Smaller companies come with benefits and challenges - wearing multiple hats provides variety; however, it can also impact what to focus on (prioritization) at times

      Pros

      Hours were pretty normal and my teamates were great to work with

      Cons

      Founder threatens and attacks you publicly for details. Do everything perfect or beware. Im not there anymore but I hear from friends about how it still happens. And you can't grow above being a manager the directors have been there forever
