Pros

Only flight school out of CYYJ newer fleet of 10+ C172 SP's In-house AMO, very good fleet maintenance. Great group of instructors to work with Lots of demand, and enough students to keep everyone as busy as they want.

Cons

Extremely low pay: 20-27k a year if you work 60+ hours a week, no base pay, no overtime, and lots of unpaid work. Almost no flying from Nov-March due to low ceilings and it's placement on the coast. The flying club is run by a board of directors which is made up of a small club of members that only have an interest in keeping their operating costs low. i.e. low wages, no raises, controversial fleet renewal plans.
