Constant change and cycles of pressure when things don't go well. Most of these situations that lead to these pressure cycles were avoidable if the company did truly worry about retaining talent and actively listened to what their employees are saying. We can't satisfy all but we also know that when a considerable amount of people complain about the same things it's not a matter of "oh well, perks of being a large company, we can't please everyone" - that's dismissive.
