Pros
Amazing team, lots of opportunities for career growth, if you are lucky enough to work under the supervision of the COO, you will be undoubtedly happy there, maybe a bit underpaid, but it is anyway a very good opportunity for young graduates.
Cons
Having to deal with the worst CEO I've ever met, he has no strategic vision at all and his management style... Let's just say that he can be extremely rude sometimes, to the point of being the reason behind most of the company's staff turnover (very high for a company where salary is fine, team is amazing and the project is quite interesting). A very good example of what a bad leader (if we can call him that) can do to a pretty good company.
