Pros
None really ... other than a bit of creative freedom when building the project.
Cons
The CEO doesn't believe in paying developers what they're actually worth, he'll try and sell you on the "vision" and "dream" of VideoFit and expect you to accept a lower than minimum wage salary (this isn't even remotely legal btw...). The CEO doesn't actually know what he wants, he'll change things under your nose and expect you to build it, then promise it's the last change and still keep making changes. Super annoying. Overall, when you factor in the extremely low pay and incompetent CEO you should definitely stay away from this company. Unless you're a newbie dev looking for something to put on your resume then take this job but dump it as soon as you get something better, thats what I did.
