The company used to be located in a place which is close to train stations. The office is a small space and overcrowded
Cons
There is a revolving door culture thanks to the boss who oversees everything at the company. The CEO is a rubber stamp and ignores all the belittling and harrasment which happens across. Both employees and managers are yelled at daily by the same boss man at the top. there is a constant quitting and firing, while the CEO and other board members ignore. The technology itself is archaic and most of our customers are taking this work inhouse.
