Lack of pay transparency across teams

The pay is lower than what you might get somewhere else, but having no stress is worth it. I made more money before coming here but don't regrate it for a second. Requirements to come back to the office 3 days a week, even when all of the jobs can easily be done remotely, as proven when everyone worked remotely during Covid.

Trimble and Viewpoint feel at odds culturally, while Viewpoint success covers losses in other parts of the parent company. Leadership in Trimble doesn’t seem to believe in investing in ERP product development to keep up with tech debt.

Management are very down to Earth but isolate anyone who could have issues. Often times advice was not given and false pretences were formed in terms of future outlook. Management and hr are not perhaps competent to assess anything which is not wrote down in a process in front of them within viewpoint there is a core long serving employees who are deserving of their positions however the business they joined is not what it is now yet it’s how they like to sell it to you knowing how much of it is not true. Manger on numerous occasions belittled people in front of colleagues and have conflicting information such as: if you are not well and you have a client try to work so you will do this and then receive feedback about you being ill on a call to which management will then tell you to take time off if you look I’ll which directly effects your performance and absence levels. Also seen management tell someone to speak properly due to a regional dialect or accent non of which were affecting anything to the client think along the lines of the barm and bap. Yet lingo from locals in Newcastle were accepted this seemed very personal from what I witnessed.

No Bonus No other cons that I can think of.

Poor, indecisive leadership and no vision.

The work-life balance was pretty bad.
