LIAR, FRAUD AND DECEITFUL: Owner of the company is a fraudster, liar and deceitful. This is a typical body shop desi company, who will suck your last drop of blood from you. Owner will be very good in the beginning until you are trapped. Once trapped, he will screw you from all directions. The owner of this firm, backed out on all the promises he made. If you are on H1-B, OPT OR CPT, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. NO IMMIGRATION-RELATED SUPPORT: Before joining the firm, I was told that Vigna Solutions would give me all legal/immigration support and bear all the expenses. But once I moved my H1-B to this company, they simply backed out and made me pay for all the legal/immigration expenses. They filed my H1-B through one of their employee and messed up my case. This company will NEVER hire an immigration attorney to handle your immigration matter. To save money, the owner will either file himself or let one of his employee do the immigration paperwork (by copying and pasting from similar past cases). DON'T EXPECT TO GET A PROFESSIONAL LEGAL/IMMIGRATION SERVICES FROM THEM. THEY DO EVERYTHING IN-HOUSE AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR ALL EXPENSES. NEVER RESPONDS: Once an employee is trapped, the owner of this company will never attend your phone calls. There is no other person in this company who is allowed to take a decision, no matter how small that request is. There is no management. Just one person who runs the show with a single objective of taking commission from your hard-earned money. NO DIRECT CLIENTS: This company claims that they have lot of 'Direct Clients' but in fact they DON'T have a single direct client. You will need to go through layers (at least 1 if not 2 and sometimes 3). ZERO BENEFITS: Below par medical, dental and vision for an employee. You can get cheaper medical from outside market. It doesn't provide anything other than some crappy medical benefits. CONCLUSION: A typical body shopping company owned by Indian guy. Vigna Solutions makes money by sucking blood of H1-B candidates and arm twist them until you are able to bear it. BEING A FORMER EMPLOYEE, MY SINCERE ADVISE IS TO 'STAY MILES AWAY' FROM THIS COMPANY.
