Sometimes the work is very repetetive

Don’t even know where to start First of all I would say if you are not Lithuanian, you won’t make any friends in this company. Belarusian and Ukranian are seen in a negative light Second , all managers micro manage, don’t communicate well- you often wonder how tf these people even got there. Some people think this is some gold mine company but quite honestly even in the Lithuanian market there are better companies emerging and you don’t have to stay in such a place that is backward I finally would also like to add that despite being a ‘international company’ most managers can barely speak English coherently.
