      Access to the latest tools like Allegro and Altium. - Collaborative environment with experienced peers and supportive project managers. - On-time inputs and clear design requirements make execution smooth. - Excellent learning opportunities with cross-functional teams (hardware, layout, testing).

      Project timelines can be tight at times, but good planning helps.

      I personally and genuinely do not feel there are any pros in working with this organization

      Cons

      - There is a work-life balance only in the 1st month of joining. - Also, if you are from in and around Karnataka only join the company, as they majorly speak Kannada and there is no value for people speaking in English. - They are too old school when it comes to technology. Absolutely no place for the technically savvy freshers.
