Pros

None, like nothing! even if you try to find a pinch of Pros you won't find it.

Cons

Let me be clear. To me, they did not torture me openly or directly. No shouting, no abusing on face. But don’t think this place is healthy. They know very well how to slowly break you mentally without making it obvious. I was hired as a Project Manager. In reality, I was treated like a coordinator. No power. No control. Just take orders and do exactly what they say. If you follow instructions like a machine, you are called a top performer. If you try to change anything or suggest a better way, you become a problem. The founders micromanage everything. And I really mean everything. It honestly feels like they would even micromanage how many tissues are kept in the bathroom. You cannot take one step on your own. Everything is watched. Then when work doesn’t give results, they blame you. They say you didn’t manage properly. How will you manage when you are not allowed to manage at all. Later this same thing is used to stop your increment saying we don’t see your performance. This plays with your confidence. Growth here has nothing to do with skills or hard work. It depends on how much you can please the founders. Be a yes-person. Agree to everything. Try to impress them personally. That’s how people get promotions and hikes. One of the founders also makes personal jokes on employees. Very inappropriate jokes. No respect. She will say something uncomfortable and then laugh and say it was just a joke. If you feel bad, that’s your issue, not hers. Like I said, they didn’t torture me directly. But they slowly make you doubt yourself. They control you so much that you start thinking maybe you are not good enough. The truth is your skills are fine. The problem is the management is extremely poor. You will never understand this during interviews. They look very nice and professional outside. Only after joining and staying for some time you will realize the reality. People writing negative reviews are not lying. They have gone through the same thing. If you are looking for stability, growth, or peace of mind, do not join. You will get many companies. This one is not worth your time or your career.

Pros

Tried finding Pros : FOUND NONE

Cons

In my last five years of professional experience, the seven months I spent here were the most challenging of my career. Salary is officially credited on the 10th of every month, but only if the company makes sales. Otherwise, salary payments are delayed to a date decided by the owner/director (referred to here as GG). My salary was delayed starting from the second month of my employment. If the company was facing financial constraints, hiring should have been planned accordingly. Tasks are frequently assigned late in the evening (around 7 PM) with the expectation that they be completed the same day. GG frequently makes commitments that are not fulfilled and engages heavily in internal politics. There were also instances of unprofessional interactions with the PMO and inappropriate comments regarding employees’ personal relationships, which were unrelated to work or professional responsibilities. If you question incorrect practices or raise concerns—especially related to the PMO—GG may use CCTV footage selectively and out of context to justify termination, framing it as disrespect. Respect, however, should be mutual and earned. When employees raise concerns about delayed salaries, they are asked to justify their performance through KRAs/KPIs. At the same time, targets are often unrealistic, making it difficult to meet expectations. The e-learning division, led by the owner’s wife, also reflects similar issues of bias and a toxic work environment. The overall culture reflects a highly centralized, owner-driven organization where survival depends on staying in favor with leadership. When no professional issues can be found, personal remarks may be made regarding family, finances, or personal circumstances, which is highly inappropriate. I would not recommend joining this organization unless you are comfortable with excessive flattery toward leadership and avoiding constructive feedback. Advancement appears to be based more on favoritism than merit. Probation periods may be shortened for those who align closely with leadership behavior rather than performance.
