The benefits here are pretty good. I have received regular raises and this company has great insurance. The best benefit is the matching 401k and optional stock matching plan. That's free money! As for the work, I love that I am responsible for myself and my own performance, if I make a mistake it's on me and the lack of performance of a colleague doesn't reflect on me. Plus I'm not really into chatting it up with my coworkers, you just can't get a lot of work done that way.
Cons
No sick time? what!? I'm a tall guy and would love one of those tall euro style vans instead of these ford vans.
Pay was fair, bosses were easy to get in touch with, and generally knowledgeable in their specific field of expertise.
Cons
Corporate was in another state. Sometimes hard to get in touch about benefits or insurance, but I think that's somewhat the norm with most places these days.
