      Pros

      A lot of work, there are a lot of pros. Good benefits and pay. A lot of paid time off. Depending are where you land the crews are ok. A lot of giveaways, free food. A lot of lunch time cattering.

      Cons

      Growing too fast a lot of disorganization. Still running like a mom and pops. Getting flooded with re threads from Space X who want to bring that culture to the company. Push push stressing people out. Making teammates compete with each other instead of working together.
