Bad executive leadership that led to mass lay offs

The desert location sucks but not everything is perfect. They do try everything in there control to minimize heat related issues.

The company does not organize tasks in systematic way even though they have the tools to do so.

No longer in operation unfortunately

Upper management still figuring things out as a new company

Remote location. Harsh weather. Unqualified coworkers making the same. Terrible almost non existent HR. Overworked with empty promises. Toxic work environment. Good ol boys club of internal promotions. They talk big on culture and values and make everything flashy but never commit to those values. Fake opportunities for promotions of the hardest workers that want to expand their scope.

Hostile work environment. unprofessional, micro managing. No people skills. management couldn't handle the pressures so they would take it out on the techs. HR wont do anything, they are one sided with management. From the time I was there I never seen HR do anything for the employees.

No one at this company understands the difficulty of becoming profitable from space launch. It's almost impossible to become profitable from commercial launch alone and yet, this company doesn't prioritize government customers at all. There is no effective program management. No efforts to reduce recurring cost of launch operations. There's also been no efforts to diversify the products offered even though there's a hugh amount of manufacturing potential with the current factory size and available equipment.
