Unfortunately, the boss is toxic here. Specially if you work from india, it is confusing of how to complete the work since no proper coordination happens. Since coordinator in India is not someone with whom conversation could be possible. No understanding towards employees, extra hours work is a routine, without any extra pay. If you are talented do not join in because it is all about copy paste job, and try to learn to blame each other to survive in here. Horrible manager including boss. They only listen to each other and not other employees. Poor management, toxic behaviour, No work life balance.
