55% positive business outlook
Pros
Casual dress code (can be good or bad) Nice building Team members
Cons
Poor pay & benefits, poor leadership, inconsistent promotions and pay. Borderline illegal activities going on. Very high turn over rate at exec level.
Pros
Flexible hours, ability to work from home, modern building and work environment, above average pay.
Cons
Decisions made with little to no communication to the staff that have day to day handling of these changes. No work/life balance - unrealistic expectations to handle work loads on weekends/after hours. No departmental communication - constant feeling you could be let go at any time, with no warning. HR not employee friendly, obviously there for management and money. No paid break time - illegal, yes. Poor leadership and lack of experience in management/people skills on many levels of Directors and Managers. Health insurance very expensive and poor coverage.
Pros
Great company overall, decent pay
Cons
Can be a little difficult to move up
Pros
Benefits are great, Management, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion
Cons
Pay is not encouraging, little or no career advancement
Pros
Pay is decent. Flexible hours
Cons
Depending on your shift. You might get a good manager. Can be micromanage at times but over all ok
Pros
Provides a product that is valued in the industry.
Cons
They laid off a lot of people over the years to pay for a huge office space they didn't need. They pay the Docs a ton but not us peasants. The Executive team made a fortune, they rest of us did not. You will be treated as a disposable piece of equipment. Bosses seemed disconnected from reality.
Pros
Good pay and benefits and great opportunity for advancement
Cons
Micromanagement is terrible. Ever changing upper management that are too detached from the company.
Pros
Great co-workers, snacks provided, meals brought in frequently, free coffee
Cons
Overnight hours, lots of managers and leads and not enough communication between them. Pay is pretty low for the job expectations.
Pros
Decent starting pay and benefits, company outings and events like painting, whirlyball, half hour walk breaks, happy hours, casual dress code, PTO
Cons
Lack of respect for employee's outside life. Inconsistent management, often overwhelming workloads, high employee turnover, unfair favoritism, hours not flexible, despite being told otherwise- you do not get the ability to work from home unless you have good ties with the managers
