1) Highly Unprofessional people
2) Unpunctual for office timings and also in project deliveries
3) No employee apart from one person has lasted here for more than 1 and half year
4) From last 4 years they only have a team of maximum 4 to 5 people, no growth in terms of clients or the team
5) The Owner & His Subordinate are never on time
6) apart from your professional work they also handover their personal work like paying their Utility bills, Going to their chartered Accountants to drop their documents, Courier stuff etc.
Also the below testimonial is being surely written by the owner himself.
7) They do not have reputed clients on board.
8) Salary dates are not fixed (Diya toh diya warnaa nahi diya)
9) No pantry : there is just a small table in the gallery which does not have anything apart from empty coffee mugs. there is no microwave to heat food .
10) they don't even provide tea to their employees. Some times the Employees pay for tea and cigarettes for the Owner.
11) Milk powder in the pantry has crossed the expiry date
12) They ask their employees to carry all the luggage and the furniture during shifting (The owner cant afford to pay 500 bucks and hire professional lifters for this stuff)
If the owner is really a man he will accept all these allegations.
