Pros
A motivational founding team. Some exemplary work ethics. Commitment to clients are always delivered. Great place to learn especially from the founder who is a excellent human being. I learnt fast because I had drive, was passionate about the medium and was always offered support in return. I never had to ask for remuneration. I am not here to defend or take a stand, I believe its the right place for passionate digital marketers who want to make a career in digital media, rest will be misfits. if your are looking for just another usual marketing job then digital is not right medium.
Cons
No dedicated parking space for company, no locker space, pantry only has tea, coffee & biscuits.

Working with wonderful colleagues (the CEO is not included in the mix)
Cons
Work timings. Employee expectations are beyond what is reasonable. Salary is never credited on time. You have to wait for hours for anything to get done because you need the CEO's approval for every single thing but he's never available. So you basically end up not finishing anything.
