      Nothing was best! Well you will end up looser

      VTG is a Managed service based company. They do it from offshore but always the increment ranges from 2 -3k, no good infrastructure no proper food no proper toilet no proper environment. When CEO comes the office is clean and when he leaves office is like hell. CEO is a business minded he doesn't cares what is employee needs he only cares making money. He will steal your ideas and implement that through others. The CEO doesn't speaks professional during meetings and discussions. He puts down everyone.

      No proper infrastructure and Management

      Pros

      No Pros for VTG and only cons. We can good politics sense we will be good

      Cons

      No proper infrastructure will be available. Many groups is available for doing politics with each of them. No proper planning by the management. Management people don't know how to treat the employees. Managers may be dummy employee or relational or same caste people, don't have guts to speak with the management what's issue are facing by the developers. Developers shouldn't tell concern to the managers if says they will be sacked within the month.

      Virtual Tech Gurus (VTG) is a herd of non professionals with the no people skills, no management experience and lack of proper resources to meet employee needs. They have an innovative, cost-controlling and technologically sound CEO who knows it all. To add stress and undue pressure in areas critical to employee performance and growth, they demand consistency and new project ideas in every five minutes, without completing existing tasks on hand.

      Cons

      While VTG was busy getting honored by SMU’s Cox School of Business for two consecutive years. Its owners and key stakeholders missed out on basic management training.
