Working remotely so you don’t have to pay for transportation, like any other remote job opportunities.

Cons

Saying what they don’t do, they talk about employees mental health. Meanwhile, they prioritize what brings them money even if that would kill the employees. Very VERY bad HR, they don’t know what they’re doing. They cut good employees for budget cut without any prior notice.

Bad management ,most of the time they have no idea what's going on They don't know which member of the team is doing what exactly so some members do more than others and get zero credit Managers have a favoritesm issues with "special" employees that reaches a point where these employees won't have to work at all and others will pull their weight and the working employees will get belittled "as they are not working hard enough"
