Pros

Nice office and great people

Cons

Managements only interest is in cutting costs so they are moving every job possible to a subsidiary company in North Macedonia (Development has already been outsourced to Ukraine). In recent months, there have been many redundancies and a general attitude that management are happy if you resign so you can be replaced on half the salary by someone in Macedonia. Dont expect any training (unless it is free) and only 5 days sick pay per year.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, its really appreciated. I think its important to provide some facts and data around your feedback as your perception isn't quite right We are not moving every job possible to North Macedonia but we have moved some roles from London to North Macedonia which meant there where a number of redundancies due to location. London is where the majority of our workforce is and will remain. We managed to redeploy 20% of those negatively impacted to new roles in London which we were delighted with. Our development was never outsourced to the Ukraine, it has been operating from the Ukraine for over 10years. This works exceptionally well with the team working well with the London based developers. im not quite sure why it matters that the training offered is sometimes free? But anyhow we have invested heavily in training our people to achieve certifications/ accreditations in all areas of the business and will continue to support this. Over the last year over 60 accreditations / certifications were achieved which is a testament to both our peoples dedication and hard work to achieve these and ours to invest in their development to make it possible. We have a comprehensive list of benefits including a mental health online gym, private healthcare, discounted gym membership, life assurance, flexible working, 2 paid days to volunteer for charity and much more. We believe in a proactive approach to the wellbeing of our people. I wish you all the best with your future career
