      Pros

      Casual atmosphere and potential for growth. Good base of founding clients. Technology is unique within the industry. Small company feel.

      Cons

      40 hour week is not the norm. Compensation is below copetition. Softwware is showing age due their framework. They seem to look outside the company rather than promote from within. Training is not provided you will struggle learning the product.
