Work Hours and Work-Life Balance Misconception: The claim of 11-12 hour workdays and mandatory Saturday work is completely misleading. As a manager leading the practice for over five years, I can confidently say that the company’s culture is centered on work-life balance. Our CEO has always emphasized employee mental health, happiness, and well-being. The company has never resorted to outsourcing with night shifts, which could negatively impact employees' mental state.
Work Pressures: While the company maintains a positive work environment, there are inevitable challenges like project deadlines that sometimes go awry. Additionally, working with freshers can bring its own set of hurdles, as they often make dozens of mistakes, which can create extra pressure on the team.
Employee Concerns and HR Issues: The biggest con is the trust issue around employees’ true satisfaction. While the company prides itself on supporting employee happiness, sometimes there's an experience gap. HR tends to overlook the experiential feedback from employees, and there is room for improvement in how employee concerns are handled, particularly in terms of understanding their real experiences and challenges.
Annual components that get paid only after one year, and in-between if Employee leaves, they dont get anything related to Annual Component, hence this should be included in the package.
