CTO will freely and with pride admit that every employee was evaluated based upon the opinion he had while he was looking through potential employee’s social media accounts.

Most of the positive reviews here in Glassdoor for this company are from current employers because CEO (Niklas Zeller) and CTO (Boris Stevanović) obligate them to write a good one so they are totally fake. CEO and his co-funder (CTO) treats employers like slave with no respect. CTO blackmails employees and totally incapable from technical point of view. No real plan for the tasks, management with no experience, aggressive. I saw many employers leaving this company for the same above reasons.
